Geocache Description:

This flood gate area looks like it is being blown out by the water when it is released. It needs some work. Cache is a bit different here. As always, be careful around these water gates. Part of the Newlands Reclamation Project which is operated by the Truckee-Carson Irrigation District. Amazing how there is water going through the desert all over the place!
