The cache is at the given location. However, it's a challenge cache so you have to fulfill certain conditions before you can log it as a find.
To log a find on this cache you must have found 10 puzzle caches on a single day.
These are any cache with the ? icon that requires you to solve a puzzle.
You cannot use bonuses to a series.
You can only use challenge caches if they are not at the given location on the cache page and you had to solve a puzzle to find them.
Your qualifying caches can be archived when you find log this challenge but they must have been active when you found them.
Rating the difficulty of most challenges is tricky and this is no exception. I have found 10 puzzle caches on 2 different afternoons and I could go out tomorrow and find 20 within 10 miles of home (assuming I had the correct coordinates). If you rush out and find every puzzle as soon as you solve it then you may struggle.
The rating is based on the average difficulty for caches within 50 miles of my house plus a bit for the task of finding 10 in a day.
The terrain rating is possibly slightly high as the cache is technically a drive by as the track it's on is a byway open to all traffic. However, as if often the case with these tracks, it is suffering in a few places from people driving on it. If you decide to drive you will need a 4wd with reasonable ground clearance. If you rip off the underside of your car I'm not responsible! And there's nowhere to turn round so if you can't continue you'll just have to reverse out. Probably best to just park at one end and walk!
