Under the Sponge Traditional Cache

After paddling past some magnificent summer cottages you will find yourself in a beautiful shallow bay.

No need to come ashore. The cache is not on land.

But there iswas a huge fresh water sponge right above it. Be careful not to dislodge it. Correction: what we thought was a sponge turns out to be a bryozoan colony. Who knew?
