From the main square with the water springs on your left hand side, take the road to the right signposted Episkepsi. Follow the road past the football pitch and on to the coordinates. Take care as the road is narrow and reduced to rubble in places. At the coordinates you will be able to see the upper falls but to see the lower falls, which are quite a drop, walk back towards Nymfes to find the viewing point but take care on the edge.
