The day was a bright, sunny, warm day as my grandson and I found the best spot for his first geocache. It was an execllent adventure for two different generations to work together. He was excited that someone would find his container and let him know about it.
The container was decorated by Daniel in camouflaged paint. He hand painted the plastic pipe and put in his special plastic characters. Parking in the new lot on Titusville Road that has a long wooden bridge would be a good place to start.The container is about 15 feet down a slope from the rail trail where it flattens out. The slope is a little slippery because of the loose gravel. You can hear cars in the distance on Noxon Road. There are tall trees and some poison ivy nearby.
