Geocache Description:

I did a quick check to see how many CITO's were going on this month and didn't see too many.  I am going to be out of town on vacation for one of them and the other I already have plans so thought I would add one to the mix.

WHAT: Cache In Trash Out Event
WHERE: A bayou park area near a new short series
WHEN: Saturday, August 30, 2014, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
WHY: To CITO, meet fellow geocachers, swap some stories, pick up some trash in the area and have some fun!!


If you’ve never attended an CITO event before you will get this nifty icon in your geocaching profile:



Bring your own gloves and if you have it a pokey stick or a picker upper to get the trash and make life easier on your back.  I will supply the trash bags and some refreshments.

 

The first thing you need to do is "Log Your Visit" and choose "Will Attend." This way we'll know how many cachers plan on coming.  After the event, log that you attended and you will get your souvenir(s).
