Description
Past caching has inspired me to create what I hope will be a fun and interesting challenge. The classic game of battleship is played on a 10x10 grid with numbers 1-10 along the top as column headings and Letters A-J along the left side as Row headings. Player One would call out a coordinate "B5!" and then Player Two indicates whether it was a "hit" or "miss". There are actually some very fun caches out there that capture the feel of the hit and miss idea of battleship and I highly recommend you seek them out (such as GC4459C - Balance of Terror). Loads of Fun!! But this challenge is somewhat different... Your mission is to find a cache that represents every square on the battleship grid recording a "hit" for each coordinate! You need to black out the entire grid to claim this one.

How to Complete the Challenge:
- You must have signed the log for a geocache representing one of the 100 possible spots on the battleship grid for it to count. You must have electronically logged the find for the cache whose GC code contains the coordinate so your find can be verified.
- Since there are letters that are not used in GC codes, in order to make this challenge work here is the substitution you should use:
Number 1 = Letter I
- The "GC" prefix that is part of every geocache code does NOT count as part of any hit on the grid. SO "GC12WW3" can only count as a hit for "I2" and not "C1"
- Any cache found at any time anywhere in the world is valid. So you may already qualify for this challenge.
- Each cache can only be used for a single hit in the grid. For example, GC4F2J8 can be used for hit "F2" OR hit "J8", but not both.
- The coordinate letters must be next to each other and cannot be separated by another letter or number. For example, GC4F26J is valid for hit "F2" , but not hit "F6".
- The coordinate letters must be in the correct sequence. For example in the cache code GC4F26J, "F2" is a valid hit coordinate, "J6" and "F4" are not!
- For column 10, in the spirit of giving for the christmas season this is published in, I'm willing to except "10" or "0" for most rows except I. See the graphic above for clarification.
- You must list your qualifying caches in either a log entry with the GC code and coordinate used, or as a bookmark list attached to this cache, or you can email me the list through my profile (create a grid in excel, and add the GC qualifing codes into each coordinate).
- Feel free to sign the log at any time and log a "note" on the cache page when you do so. But you may not log a find online until you have completed the requirements.
- This cache does NOT count towards 1 of the 100 hits required.
As for the hide...
Surprised the area had nothing in place but needed to make the hide a little tricky to keep the bountiful amount of muggles in the area from spotting it. It's small, it's camo'd. The original hide was an evil little nano countersunk into a tree. Well the tree ate it... Literally... It's replacement is in a safer area to search but if you ignore the hint, it's a toughy.

To preserve the caching experience, please replace the hide as found. Coordinates are an average of multiple attempts.
What's with the bracket stuff in the title you may be wondering?
It's simply my personal identifier. The last letter (or sometimes the only letter) refers to the hide itself and choices will be:
Traditional style of hide - typically the hide should be a typical container hidden in a "typical" caching way
Kid friendly hide - child reachable, findable and room for tradeables. Aimed at the little cachers.
and Evil style of hide - Something about it that makes me rub my hands together maniacally in anticipation. Perhaps more unique camo, different hiding technique, lots of options at GZ...
If there is two letters together, the first will refer to the style of cache. Puzzle, Multi, Earth, Letterbox etc.
The number after the dash simply is the number of hides in that series for me. Don't expect this number to get too big.
No FTF certificate but the firsts will be recognized here later.
Congratulations to the following cachers:
FTF (met all requirements): ruylopez
FTS (sign the log): ruylopez
FTL (log electronically): BeesCook
