Enjoy my time outdoors even tho it was raining.
I grew up just west of the cache site in the small coal community. The cache located up the hill from the second cemetery. You can drive almost to it but park at the cemetery area. Just a little way up the hill and you are there. I named the cache Snap Creek because of the old Snap Creek coal tipple that set a 1000 to 1500 feet or so south toward Rich Creek. I remember some 55 years or more ago staying with my grandma and waking up to the sound of the tipple processing coal. I had several of my family work for the company. Believe it or not when I was young there was a slate dump toward the river that burn all the time. Time heals everything.
