The cache IS at the posted location but you must meet special requirements before logging a find. You may find and sign the log before meeting the requirements but you can not log as found until you have met the listed requirements.
As with the other nearby challenge, this challenge is about YOU. To claim as a find and meet the requirements of this challenge, you must find find a cache that begins with each letter of your GEOCACHING NAME. This will be easy for some and not so easy for others. If you have special characters in your name (*,$,%, etc) you have to have a cache that begins with that character. You may only use a cache once so if you have three E's in your caching name you will need three different caches. You may make a bookmark list of your caches but it would be nice to have them listed in your found log.
