Geocache Description:

A puzzle based on the Glam/Hair metal of the 70's and 80's

Hair or Glam metal is a genre prevalent during the disco era of the 70's and 80's. The bands were very successful in crossing into mainstream music with a more Poppy Metal/Hard Rock style. The bands were most notably identified by the flashy and sometimes outrageous costumes, makeup and huge heads of hair. The style also had many "derogatory" terms of which Poodle Bands and Nerf Metal are my favorite. I was never a great fan of the style and looking through my collection I find I have only 2 albums from any of the bands considered Hair Metal but it will make an interesting puzzle.

Just solve the crossword and count the relevant letters and the cache will be found at
