Geocache Description:

This Geocache is surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is however not a simple grab and dash, it may take a while to discover. HIGH muggle area due to new renovations of 'Alver Village' and dog walkers. This cache is best accessible during daylight hours unless equipped with a good flash light.

I have lived in this area all my life, and I spent most of my weekends and summers playing in the woods with my parents and sisters. Alver Valley Country Park (Browndown) is still one of my favourite places ever, more so because of my love of photography and our now 6 year old daughter loves it here too!  I thought what better way to remember my favourite childhood place by putting our first cache there.

The cache container is a screw top top jar in an 'earthy' camouflage that is relevant to it's surrounding. It contains a log book but please BYOP as it is not big enough to fit one in. It is however suitable for travel bugs and small swaps.  May need to bring wipes as hands will get grubby.
