Ethan's Rucksack Walk 10 - Old Gate Post Traditional Cache

We love this path, often see deer, hares and numerous birds and insects along this section. Look out for the old lime kiln (well, we assume it is an old lime kiln anyway as it looks like one!).

This is a circular walk of 12 caches from Cowling, it's not fully suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs - hence the name, Ethan gets carried around this route in the rucksack carrier. If you are in a wheelchair or pushchair, you can do to number 7 and then head back along the lane on a shorter loop. Park anywhere in the middle of Cowling. The walk is around 4 to 5 miles depending on how you finish the walk. The first bit isn't the best along the main road, but the second section makes it worthwhile.
