Located on beautiful Karragarra Island, this simple cache is to commemorate 1 year of living on the island. Its a quick find in a quiet park opposite Russel island, a good place to skim stones and watch the world float by.
If you're stopping off by boat there is a pebble beach nearby so you don't have to wade through the mud. If coming by ferry - its abit of a stroll down to this most easterly accessible point on the island. Please note: the beauty of Karragarra is that there are no shops whatsoever on the island, so if you're going to make a day of it, bring everything you need with you. There are picnic grounds and an enclosed swimming enclosure on our sandy public beach beside the ferry terminal. So come and enjoy this peaceful island we call home.
