This area of the Ochoco National forest recently had a forest fire. The fire fighter staging area was very near here. I have another cache near here and while checking to see if it survived I thought this area could use a cache as well.
Just a small pill bottle with a log and pencil but is placed at a big parking area with room for about anything to turn around in, ample parking, a rest room very nearby and not far from highway 26 for a quick stop by travelers.
