Geocache Description:

"Take a hike along some of the most beautiful and undisturbed wildlife land in Saskatchewan. The Indian Head Wildlife Lands are a quarter section of land dedicated to the conservation of all wildlife. The lands were donated as part of the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation's Habitat Trust Fund and are open to all people who desire to get outdoors."

NOTICE: In accordance with the new Provincial Trespass Act, The Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation asks that any non SWF members please contact permission@swf.sk.ca for written permission to access SWF lands. Existing members already have written permission on their membership card. Please visit www.swf.sk.ca for more info.

We've designed this cache for some of the more adventurous geocachers out there. This is a 4 stage multicache designed to tour you up a small valley and around several beautiful look-out points. The final will bring you to a beautiful spot near a large relatively unknown lake (Deep Lake). All the stages are located just off grass trails and are designed to be easily accessible with minimal bushwhacking. Please follow trails for safety reasons and to minimize your impact on the environment. The first three stages are virtual meaning there is no container to find. These stages guide you along a trail to the final. The final stage is a regular size ammo can containing a logbook, swag, and a first-to-find prize. Please see the descriptions on each stage for more information.

Distance and Terrain: The distance from the trailhead to cache and back is approximately 2.5 KM. The terrain is varying from flat grassland to mild grade while following the trail. Be prepared to spend 1-2 hours and enjoy nature.
