Welcome to my place of employment - the name of which is sometimes confused with the name of a popular TV show. The property has a couple of nice gravel trails and small ponds.The cache is a nice walk down one of the trails, and shouldn't be hard to access. While there are "Private Property" signs posted, the trails are actually open to the public, and the cache has also been placed with permission from the facilities/property manager. The manager has only asked that caching is not done after dark so nobody gets hurt while searching without light. While this cache is wheelchair accessible, it may be difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get back up the trail hill.
There is room for small trade items, and be sure to leave a goodie if you take something! You may encounter a few employees walking the trails during business hours, or a random disc golf or washer tournament being played. Fear not...the employees don't bite! However, stealth may be required while searching. Happy caching!
