Join Visit Lorain County and the LoCo Geocachers as we kick-off the Back Roads and Beaches Geo Trail. Meet at Black River Landing Transportation Center at 421 Black River Lane, Lorain OH (Train Depot Building) 9:30-11am for free breakfast, giveaways, and to socialize.
Release of cache coordinates at 11am. The Transportation Center will be open until 5pm to redeem passport for a coin and for latecomers to pick up a passport. A redemption location after 5pm will be noted on passport form.
Caches will be hidden along rolling, rural roads with beautiful scenery that ranges from farmland and forest to the nautical flavor of the Lake Erie shoreline.
Find all 15 caches and complete the passport for a commemorative Back Roads and Beaches geocoin (limited to the first 250 one per household).
