I headed out for a nice easy afternoon paddle from Six Mile Lake Provincial Park with the intent to seek out a few of the lake access Geocaches.
After a few kilometres of relaxed paddling, I came across what I assumed must be the location of one of the existing cache hides. It was a great little island, and an obvious spot for a paddle-to cache!

Upon pulling ashore, disembarking and checking my GPSr, I realized that the closest Geocache was still nearly 800m away. Somehow, I knew that I needed to solve that! Since I only had a "micro" mini-soda-tube cache in my paddling pouch, that is what I placed.
Enjoy your trip!
