Geocache Description:

A small geocache in a urban area.

This might be reached from a wheelchair, but it is on a small hill.

The cache is located on a bridge, the bridge overlooks part of the wash that feeds into the pacific ocean from the local runoff.

It is a great spot to view the waterfowl.

Be careful, it is on a very busy street, tincher the nearby school will provide lots of muggles plan accordingly.

you do not need to go over the fence in any way to get the cache
