Geocache Description:

The 6th in a circluar series. A cache along the river trent. This one is slightly more difficult and requires a small amount of climbing, you may need to bring a friend or something to help you get a leg up

Taking over this series from Vorcanus, it was one of the first series that we did when we began Geocaching. This was the first was my first ever tree climb cache that I did, it is great for a first time climb. May require teamwork or a "jump up"

The River Trent is one of the major rivers of England. Its source is in Staffordshire on the southern edge ofBiddulph Moor. It flows through the Midlands (forming a once significant boundary between the north and south of England) until it joins the River Ouse at Trent Falls to form the Humber Estuary, which empties into the North Sea between Hull and Immingham.

The Trent is unusual amongst English rivers in that it flows north (for the second half of its route), and in exhibiting a tidal bore, the "Trent Aegir". The area drained by the river includes most of the northern Midlands.
