Geocache Description:

The Allegheny Rangers decided to go on a Road Trip!  As we were moving down the highway, we started discussing our favorite Road Trip songs.  Once we started a list, we came up with our favorites quickly.  So what better way to celebrate good music than to place a series of caches?  Here are our 63 favorites as selected by the crew.   Complete the series and we will even send you a token to remember it by.  No order or ranking...just enjoy the ride :)

Against the Wind is a song by Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band from the 1980 album Against the Wind.  Glenn Frey of the Eagles sang background vocals on this song.  Seger said that the line "Wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then" bothered him for awhile, but that everyone he knew loved it, so he left it in. He also said that it has since appeared in several other hits by other artists, so that proved it was o.k.

This is a great song to listen to while hitting the back roads….more than one Ranger had this one on their list! smiley

Caches are along the back roads in and around Clarion County.   There should be ample space to pull off the road, but be careful to consider traffic...even on these quiet stretches.

Congratulations to Indiana.Smith on the FTF :)
