The Geo Trail will consist of over 20 caches. Each cache contains a unique code which you write down in your Hanover Geo Trail Passport to verify that you found it. When you have found a minimum of eighteen HGT caches, you will be eligible to have your Hanover Geo Trail Passport validated and receive a commemorative Hanover Geo Trail geocoin. The redemption date for the coins will be determined and announced at a later date.
The event will take place at the Hub Restaurant in downtown Hanover. Please join us for a pay as you go lunch, some door prizes and then be off for a wonderful day of caching. All are welcome to attend. The purchase of lunch is not required.
The Hub opens at 10 A.M. The event will run from noon until 2 P.M. when the Geo Trail caches will be published.
Parking is available at several areas throughout the downtown at parking meters. I have included parking coordinates for 2 parking lots that are walking distance from the event.
If you haven’t been to Hanover before there are plenty of other caches in the area as well as the spectacular Spring Grove GeoTour so plan on spending the weekend.
