Geocache Description:

Cache is located at National Motor Racing Museum Park. There is a statue of  9 time Bathurst 1000 winner Peter Brock, aka Peter Perfect.

Parking is available on site, there is a back entrance to the car park after 5 pm, which is on the left at the roundabout, coming from Bathurst. Peter Geoffrey Brock, AM (26 February 1945 – 8 September 2006) otherwise known as "Peter Perfect", "The King of the Mountain" or simply as "Brocky" was one of Australia's best-known and most successful motor racing drivers. He is mainly remembered as driving for Holden. His first race at Bathurst was in 1969.He won Bathurst in 1972  for the first time, as a solo driver. He then won the Bathurst 1000 in 1975, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1982, 1983, 1984, and 1987. In 32 starts at Bathurst he claimed pole position a record six times (1974, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1983 and 1989).

There is no need to get in the gardens. Please do not climb the statue, there is no need.
