At the coordinates you will find a rose garden which is dedicated to 1LT Robert M.McGovern, which earned the Medal of Honor during the Korean war.
The reason for this garden is that the US Army named a military camp, which was situated in Brcko, Camo McGovern, after him.
Next to the garden you'll find also the mayor's building which is also really nice.
