Geocache Description:

When the cache was laid this place was a jungle of knee high grass and weeds but has since been cleaned up and is nicely manicured now. My guess is that, in the course of the manicuring, the cache was lost. It's replaced now with revised terrain and difficulty ratings. And, again: The cache got lost. This time I've replaced it with a more permanent type arrangement. And you don't have to worry about critters....

Three Rivers is a dusty little oil town in South Texas, home to a great group of fine folks newly finding themselves in the middle of a huge oil boom.  This junction of major highways on the north side of town will probably become the site of a new motel or restaurant or something else to fill the needs of the multitude of workers newly finding themselves here.  Meantime it's a fine place for a cache that's big enough for stash and travel bugs.

Here it is four years later and the cache has been lost a time or two. The oil boom is over and nothing got built but the place is still kept very well.
