THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE ABOVE COORDS.  SOLVE THE PUZZLE BELOW TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT ONES.

Most all of these caches will be quick park and grabs, There are however a couple of more difficult ones..  When I was setting them out I was surprised at the amount of traffic on some of the roads, so please pull over as far as you can.  You will need to bring a pen or pencil with you. Please make sure the caps are back on tightly so the inside will stay dry.
