Geocache Description:

An informative geocache that makes sense along a geocaching route.

This cache is along the banks of the North Branch of the Thunder Bay River. This cache is located on private property with the land owner's permission.

The headwaters of the NB-TBR originate in two unnamed creeks flowing into Rush Lake in northern Montmorency County and meets up with the TBR at the NW end of Lake  Winyah. It drains the northern portion of the Thunder Bay River Watershed Basin. By the best of my figuring it's about 35-40 miles long.

More information can be found at www.michigan.gov/dnr/

I will do my best to keep at least one trackable in the cache at all times. If you don't have one to trade, no problem. Take it anyways, I can always find more in the area. My belief is keep them moving. Congrats to 4point40 on the FTF.
