This is a prized spot for those in the know. My family and I would often Jeep to the shore and enjoy the tranquil privacy usually afforded at this spot. You will have a bit of a hike unless you are in a 4X4 but it is a beautiful and easy one and a trove for driftwood collectors! Dolphin sightings are common in Mobile Bay and gator sightings are possible in the tidal pools.
Park at the parking waypoint unless you are equipped for sand. Remember if you are in a 4X4 and get stuck you can always deflate your tires a bit and you will come right on out!
