This letterbox cache contains a zombie stamp and inkpad. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THESE ITEMS FROM THE CACHE! You may use the logbook as a stamp book as well as well as a log book.
In the Walking Dead TV show we are introduced to two young sisters Lizzie (about 12) and Mika (about 8). In one particularly dark episode Lizzie is convinced that the zombies are good. She kills her sister so that she can come back as a good zombie. After the killing, Carol (their adult caretaker) realizes that it is no longer safe for Lizzie to ever be around other people. There are no hospitals, psychiatrists, or jails in the zombie afflicted world. The only thing for Carol to do is rid the world of Lizzie. So she tells Lizzie to look at the flowers, sneaks up behind her, and does what needs to be done.
To find this Zombie themed cache:
1. Start at the above coordinates Which are by a yellow "Next 4 Miles" traffic sign near and east of the entrance to the poppy preserve.
2. Walk Westbound towards the Poppy Preserve entrance sign.
3. Pass the first telephone pole to your south (on your left). If you reach the second telephone pole from the yellow sign, you have gone too far.
4. Look to the south (to your left) for a dark green bush with white flowers (it is obviously different from all of the other weed plants in the area).
5. The cache is under the previously mentioned green plant with white flowers.
Notes: The plant will be between the road and the Antelope Valley mini - Grand Canyon (ditch / Ravine). You do not have to enter or cross the ditch / ravine to locate this cache.
