Sink the U-boat

Welcome in Croatia agent.
We have some very important and delicate task for you. Briefly – you have to sink type IX-F.
As you might know, Germans are going to lose this war. But that doesn’t mean they have no power. Several weeks ago they first time launched their brand new submarine (U-boat), only of its kind, type IX-F. Bad is, that it’s armed with the only german atomic bomb (I hope it’s not necessary to remind you this is absolutely secret), and it’s able to fire it on any European city. You may ask how is it possible that we know about this? Answer is easy, one of crew is our agent, or I’m afraid, was. His body has been found on beach near Dubrovnik with bullet in his head. But before he died, he sent us one postcard (we’ll get to it later). He also put inside special tracker, so we could trace them. But just yesterday the tracker shut up. This could have happened only if the submarine got underground (can’t imagine how).The tracker would send us warning if somebody would try to destroy it. Last contact was somewhere near village Raba (it’s the place where you start), no further than 4 kilometers, which gives area of about 50 square kilometers. You have this map,

We think it’s a cipher (the ladybug on the front side is quite unusual). Here’s the translation to English:
Dear Hilda
I am afraid this is the last letter I am writing to you, so I'll move straight to the point. The metal box you were so interested in, is hidden in the cellar. Enter the cellar and go to the end where you'll find stairs leading down. Use them, but beware, it will be flooded down there. Swim towards the end of the cellar. Dive to see big depression in the wall, just under iron thing used to anchor ships. In it, you'll find a little gift I've left there for you.

All we know is, that the ladybug on the front side is probably cipher which hides the location of type IX-F, and the text of the letter are the instructions to find the explosives he hidden there, but was not able to use. He had to cipher his letter, cause germans are checking all their correspondence.
Once you’ll find the box, do what you usually do, return it exactly to the place where you found it and get away sooner than it explodes.
Now go and sink the U-boat!
About the puzzle:
All you need to find the cache is written in listing. Read it before you go seek. If you really want to find this cache, but can 't solve the puzzle, contact me and I’ll give you hint.
About the equipment:
You should have a car, because cache is about three kilometers from your start position (village Raba). You also need swimsuit and swim glasses. You don't need any special diving equipment. Waterproof light is VERY helpful, but not necessary (it took me five minutes to find it without light, so don't hurry, take your time).
About the place where cache is hidden:
It's not dangerous, but be careful. Rock/concrete walls may be sharp!
Please, don't post images of, from or near the place where cache is hidden – it should by a little surprise.
Please, return it exactly to the place where you found it, try to push it into the hole where it was, so the tide won’t damage it.
About the maintenance:
I don't live in Croatia and traveling always thousand kilometers to perform maintenance is quite impossible for me. So if the cache is disabled and you want to find it, you can repair it. Contact me and I'll send you detailed informations where cache should be hidden and how it should look like (It's not any special box and repair should is easy). You'll get found it and your name will be written on the honest place at the end of the listing.

Máme pre vás jednu veľmi dôležitú a delikátnu úlohu. V skratke – musíte potopiť IX-F.
Ako možno viete, Nemci idú túto vojnu prehrať. To však neznamená že sú bezbranní. Pred pár týždňami prvý krát spustili na vodu ich novú ponorku (U-boat), jedinú svojho druhu, typ IX-F. Problém je že je vyzbrojená jedinou nemeckou atómovou bombou (dúfam, že vám nemusím pripomínať že táto informácia podlieha maximálnemu utajeniu), a je schopná vystreliť ju na ktorékoľvek európske mesto. Možno sa pýtate, ako je možné že o tomto všetko vieme? Je to jednoduché, jeden člen posádky je náš agent. Vlastne, obávam sa, bol. Našli ho na pláži neďaleko Dubrovníka z guľkou v hlave. Ale predtým ako zomrel, poslal nám jednu pohľadnicu (dostaneme sa k nej neskôr). Okrem toho umiestnil do ponorky špeciálny vysielač, vďaka ktorému sme mohli sledovať ich polohu. Avšak včera sa vysielač odmlčal. To sa môže stať len ak sa ponorka dostane pod zem (nedokážem si predstaviť ako). Vysielač by nám poslal varovanie keby sa ho niekto pokúšal zničiť. Posledný kontakt bol niekde v blízkosti obce Raba (to je miesto kde začínate), nie ďalej ako 4 kilometre, čo nám dáva oblasť s zhruba 50timi kilometrami štvorcovými. Máte túto mapu,
zväčšite a pozrite si ju, možno na niečo prídete. Druhá stopa je posledná pohľadnica ktorú nám poslal. Toto je ona:

Myslíme si že je to šifra (tá lienka na prednej strane vyzerá predsa len trochu zvláštne). Tu je slovenský preklad:

Bojím sa že toto je posledný list ktorý ti píšem, takže prejdem rovno k veci. Tá plechová krabica o ktorú sa tak veľmi zaujímaš je odložená v pivnici. Vojdi do nej a choď na jej koniec , kde nájdeš schody vedúce dole. Zíď po nich ale pozor bude to tam zaplavené. Preplávaj na koniec pivnice. Ponor sa a v stene práve pod železným "kolom" ktorý sa používa na uväzovanie lodí uvidíš veľkú priehlbinu. V nej už nájdeš malý darček ktorý som ti tam nechal.

Jediné čo vieme je, že lienka na prednej strane je asi zašifrovaná cesta k úkrytu ponorky, a samotný text pohľadnice sú inštrukcia pre nájdenie výbušnín ktoré tam schoval, ale nestihol použiť. Svoju pohľadnicu musel zašifrovať lebo im kontrolujú všetku korešpondenciu.
Keď nájdete výbušniny, spravte to čo vždy, vráťte ich presne na to isté miesto kde ste ich našli a vypadnite z tadiaľ skôr ako to vybuchne.

K šifre:
Všetko čo potrebujete na nájdenie keše je v listingu. Prečítajte si ho kým pôjdete hľadať. V prípade že naozaj chcete nájsť túto keš, ale neviete vyriešiť šifru, napíšte mi a ja vám pošlem hint.
K výbave:
Mali by ste mať auto, lebo keš je asi tri kilometre od vašej začiatočnej pozície (dedina Raba). Určite budete potrebovať plavky a plavecké okuliare. Nepotrebujete žiadne špeciálne potápačské vybavenie. Vodotesná baterka VEĽMI pomôže , ale nie je nutná(bez svetla mi trvalo 5 minút kým som ju našiel, takže sa neponáhľajte, dajte si na čas).
K miestu kde je keš skrytá:
Nie je to nebezpečné, ale dávajte si pozor. Skalnaté/betónové steny môžu byť ostré!
Prosím, neprikladajte k logom fotky z, v alebo blízko miesta kde je keš skrytá – malo by to byť malé prekvapenie.
Prosím, vráťte ju presne na to isté miesto kde ste ju našli , aby ju nepoškodil príliv a odliv.
K údržbe:
Nežijem v Chorvátsku a cestovanie tisíc kilometrov kôli údržbe je pre mňa nie celkom možné. Takže ak je keš neaktívna a chcete ju nájsť, môžete ju opraviť. Napíšte mi a ja vám pošlem podrobné info kde by mala keš byť a ako by mala vyzerať (nie je v žiadnej špeciálnej krabici takže oprava by nemala byť náročná).
