Många på högstadiet gillar att färdas på hjul, även om moped ännu bara är en dröm tills åldern är inne. En form av hjulåkning som blivit populär i denna åldersgrupp är skateboardåkning och det kan man göra här. Sedan 2011 finns det både några ramper och rails att åka på här i Skarpängsparken. Som omväxling till skateboarden kan man också stärka musklerna i ett utegym eller spela basket. Den som behöver vila sig kan gå fem meter över gång- och cykelbanan och sätta sig på bänken och ta en paus.

If you want a change from the skateboard, you may strengthen your muscles in the open air gym or play basketball. If you need a rest, you can walk five meters to the other side of the pedestrian and bicycle path and sit down on the bench for a pause.
