This should be a quick drive by on your way to wonderful Woodgate on the Goodwood-Woodgate Road. Enjoy the long sandy beaches and the National Park with its 2 walks – the 6 km Banksia Walk and the shorter one that is partly wheelchair accessible. If you have the time it is well worth going that bit further and doing the 5 km Bird Hide walk at Walkers Point. On the right hand side of the track at about a km in you will find a large nest and if you are there at the right time you may be fortunate to see the 2 sea eagles that use this nest. We are cachers from Vic. and are placing yet another cache(our 3rd and last in this area) to thank the local cachers whose many caches we have enjoyed finding over the last few years.
