Geocache Description:

Cache is place near the intersection of East Putney Brook Road in Westminster to point out access to the EAST PUTNEY BROOK (EPB) series and the WESTMINSTER TOWN FORREST (WTF) series. Cache is quick Park and Grab in a Cigar Tube hidden in a typical GRC style.

This Cache is intended to point out the roadway that leads to Parking for those wishing to enter the EPB and WTF series from the Westminster End.  It designates one of the rare examples where the same road is permitted to start in one town and end in another and use the same Town Road Name for E-911 purposes.  I believe it is because the roadway where the Caches are hidden is a Class 4 non-maintained trail in both Putney and Westminster.
