5th Scout Law Traditional Cache

The Scout Law contains the rules which applies to Scouts all over the world who has promised to obey it when they enroll themselves as a Scout.

The Fifth Scout Law is "A Scout is courteous." This means that a Scout is polite to all, especially to women, children, elderly and the disabled. And a Scout must not take any reward for being helpful or courteous.

This cache bring you to YMCA KL where a lot of community work is done. There is a centre for the deaf community and senior citizen club. You will find a number of blinds walking around on their way to/from the Malaysia Associations for the Blinds nearby.

The cache is a magnetic cache located outside the YMCA compound at a very busy location. There are a lot of muggles around throughout the day. The only time where there are lesser muggles are late at night or in the wee hours of the morning. Hence, stealth is required to get grab this cache and sign it, thus the higher difficulty level.
