LMC - Stop 8 (2014 Series)
Cache information: Name: LMC - Stop 8 (2014 Series) Cache type: Micro Coordinates: N 42° 05.760 W 086° 23.935 Difficulty: 1.5 Terrain: 2.5
Cache Location: The cache is located on the Lake Michigan College Napier Avenue Campus. This campus sets on a 262-acre site that features a lake, natural area, athletic fields, nature and jogging trails, and lighted parking areas. The Mendel Center for Arts and Technology is also located on the campus. It serves as a performing arts center with the 1,517-seat Mainstage Theatre and the 247-seat Hanson Theatre.
Cache Description: The cache container is a micro and is winter friendly. The previous LMC #8, GC21H86 was destroyed during recent construction. This one is located just west of the current construction.
Cache Rules: Caches are placed with permission. Rule #1 - NO parking on the Grass. There is Plenty of Parking. Rule #2 - Do NOT Damage College Property. Caches are placed so no Damage to the property is required to obtain the caches. Please be Respectful of the Campus Grounds. Campus Security is aware of the caches. If stopped by security, simply tell them your are geocaching or "GPSing" as one of the security guards calls it.
