It takes about 90 minutes to drive here from Apia or you can catch the public bus, or go by taxi. Once here it's time to unwind..stay a night or 5 at the local beach bungalows ..from the beach in Lalo Manu you can see American Samoa on the horizon off to the East. (Have a look for it at dawn when it's silhouetted against the horizon). Keep in mind whatever day it is in Samoa, it's the day before in American Samoa.
