I have been placing caches, named after my grandchildren, close to their homes so that they can look after them and learn more about geocaching. Anna passes by quite frequently and will look after it. The cache is placed on a path away from traffic, but with parking very close, so it could be a Park and Cache. Equally it is very accessible on foot, with a buggy or by bike. It is placed about 3 foot up, in full view, so should also be accessible for wheelchair users. You are looking for a camouflaged tube tucked away in a small hole at about waist height. When replacing ensure it is fully in place otherwise it will soon be seen. - The GZ is not immediately overlooked, but the pathway has quite heavy use, especially by children and parents, so be very muggle-aware.
