An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.

Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Geocache Description:

You have to look and reach for this one a little - small Cache at a well known landmark of wembley downs

This spot is visable from most of the suburb and thought it was time it got some recognition. You are looking for small tic tac container with pencil - could have used magnetic one in this hide.  Should be a quick one for you while you check out the large water tank above.
