Ok, so I was just sitting in my truck at the NCG theater going through
the list of near by caches and I've discovered that the cache reviewer has archived
the evil cache that was once here since the co's of that cache haven't repaired and maintained
it since it went missing, so then I thought of taking over this area and placing one of
my own evil caches here. Mwhahahaha(this ones for you flip, lol)
