The cache is not located at the listed coordinates!!! You have to find all the waypoints and solve the puzzles to identify the actual location of the cache.
All waypoints in this puzzle cache are embassies located in the Sandy Hill and Lower Town neighborhoods. All clues are visible from the sidewalk. There is no need to step onto embassy property, which is foreign soil. The coordinates of the last waypoint to the cache location are in the N45 26.ABC / W75 40.XYZ area. Follow the clues to uncover the digits of that last waypoint and the bearing to the actual location of the cache! Words and characters used as clues are written using the western or Cyrillic alphabet. Arabic script or Asian ideograms are not used.
Starting Point: To the right of the front-door, there is a rectangular brass plaque with five lines of characters. Count the total number of characters on that plaque and multiply by 10. Subtract 262 to find 'ABC' and substract 356 to find 'XYZ' of your next destination, located at N45 25.ABC / W75 40.XYZ.
Waypoint #1: A date is clearly visible on the building. The sum of the last two digits is 'Z' of the last waypoint to the cache location. Find the digital root of that date and multiply by 64. Add 394 to find 'ABC' and add 165 to find 'XYZ' of your next destination, located at N45 25.ABC / W75 40.XYZ.
Waypoint #2: There is a brass plaque on the right of the front door with one line of text. Count the number of words and add 1 to find 'C' of the last waypoint to the cache location. Multiply the total number of letters by 10. Add 381 to find 'ABC' and add 266 to find 'XYZ' of your next destination, located at N45 25.ABC / W75 40.XYZ.
Waypoint #3: On the front lawn, there is a sign with three lines of characters. Count the number of words to find 'Y' of the last waypoint to the cache location. Count the total number of characters on that sign and multiply by 10. Add 441 to find 'ABC' and add 464 to find 'XYZ' of your next destination, located at N45 25.ABC / W75 40.XYZ.
Waypoint #4: Above the main door, there is an oval medallion with three words. Count the number of letters the first word and divide by 2 to find 'B' of the last waypoint to the cache location. Count the total number of characters on that plaque and multiply by 10. Add 453 to find 'ABC' and add 274 to find 'XYZ' of your next destination, located at N45 25.ABC / W75 40.XYZ.
Waypoint #5: Above the main door, there is an oval medallion with two words. Count the number of letters in the first word and multiply by the number of letters in the second word, then add 53 to find the bearing of the cache hide from the last waypoint. Count the total number of characters on that plaque and multiply by 10. Add 585 to find 'ABC' and add 160 to find 'XYZ' of your next destination, located at N45 25.ABC / W75 40.XYZ.
Waypoint #6: A round brass plaque is mounted on the security fence. Count the number of words to find 'X' of the last waypoint to the cache location. Count the total number of characters on that plaque and multiply by 10. Add 487 to find 'ABC' and add 25 to find 'XYZ' of your next destination, located at N45 25.ABC / W75 40.XYZ.
Waypoint #7: A square brass plaque is mounted on the porch's left post. Count the number of letters, find the digital root then substract 2 to find 'A' of the last waypoint to the cache location. Make your way to the last waypoint, located at N45 26.ABC / W75 40.XYZ
Last Waypoint: A round plaque is located above the main door. Add the total number of letters to the total number of words to find the distance (in meters) you will have to travel from the sidewalk immediately in front of the flagpole to find the cache.
Once you have reached the last waypoint, the hide is pretty obvious along the specified bearing, and quite exposed. So make sure you bring your invisibility cloak!
