The annual Lehigh Valley Cacher’s fall picnic is upon us again. It will again be held at the Covered Bridge Park in South Whitehall Township. This is a really nice park as it has two covered bridges, one at either end of the park, and a nice creek running thru the park. Plus all the other great things a park has.
When: Sunday September 28 2014
Time: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (or until the last cacher leaves)
This is a rain or shine event
The park is opened from dawn to dusk and pets are allowed but must be on a lease and cleaned up after.
This is a BRING YOUR OWN PICNIC FOOD. There are 5 grills at this pavilion for those of us who want to grill our food.
Plans for the day will include games with prizes, a Chinese auction, geoconversation, and of course caching!!
If any one wants to put out any permanent caches for our caching pleasure, just remember the guidelines and check to see where the caches are already in this park.
