This geocache is an homage to dcwalker30 and his geocache Multi-Story Car Park (GC3N0CT) in Little Rock, AR. Back in early September of 2012, wrath557 and I hunted this cache to no avail. However, almost two years later (August of 2014), Abiectio, wrath557, godzirra! and myself avenged this DNF. To give proper credit, it was Abiectio who made the find. But, we all gave it our best hunt to seek out this incredibly sweet hide.
Now, I have brought this awesome hide to Memphis. To paraphrase dcwalker30's original description: the listed coordinates will take you to a parking garage. Nearby GZ there is a stairwell [North-East corner]. There are seven levels, but I will tell you that it is not on Level 1 (ground). There is a lot of muggle traffic at that level so there is no need to hunt there. Except for that, it could be on any other level. Stay inside the stairwell. There is no need to hunt outside of it.
You are looking for an unspecified micro containing a log. There are about a hundred different places to look, so it may take you a while. Be aware that there is a parking fee (see Attributes), depending on how long you stay, if you choose to park there. The garage is accessible from street level without paying, though this involves a considerable walk.
Although this area is accessible 24/7, be aware that this is downtown Memphis. It is not recommended that you hunt late at night. To that end, please be careful and stealthy at whatever time you hunt this cache. And as always, please return exactly as you found it.
