Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the published co-ordinates, although if you're short of a comb.......

Once upon a time, there was a Potion Master weary of being pipped in to 2TF by a few minutes, he craved to be anywhere in under twenty minutes, preferably much quicker. He pondered if there was an elixir that could be brewed to make such a wish possible. His fair lady was consulted and agreed that it to be a tremendous idea but warned caution would be needed, wisely suggesting that the potion be brewed in two parts and kept separate until needed. He threw together four ingredients and she blended five constituents. There was some acrid smoke, a little fire and quite an awful pong, but the brews settled down and the smell subsided, eventually. They bottled their brews, both bottles labelled with their ingredients. The two potions where stored on a table away from flammable items and food. Periodically the table was checked, except for the occasional rumble from one, the potions sat quite happily, undisturbed and unused for some time. The Potion Master, yearned for a publication of a cache to try the elixir and secretly took a couple of vials of the potent liquids and stored them in the boot of is car, he was ready, primed, a coil spring. Sure enough, in the coming days, not one but two caches where published, not close to home but one of the caches in one of his favoured locations, the other some distance away. The Potion Masters wife grabbed the two bottles from the table before he could, knowing the power of the brew and the haste of the potion master, " We'll see if we need it, she warned !". Thinking this could be an opportunity missed he made and excuse to check "something" in the boot. Secretly he recovered the vials and popped the tops and poured the contents into the tank. He fired the engine and set off to cache one, they arrived in no time. The cache found and the log signed in first place. Flushed with success, the Potion Master confessed, claiming it was the power of the potion that brought them such a distance in so short a time and that they must use the rest of the brew to ensure the second cache was captured before the FTF was theirs. The bottles where shaken and the contents glugged into the tank, quickly the fuel cap replaced and the pair jumped aboard, the engine fired and a the potion master gunned it. There was a whoosh, their iron horse bucked and gathered pace, the hedgerows became a blur, some poor gentleman in a Focus of questionable blue was almost frightened from the carriageway and the pair shortly found themselves at a halt in a haze of Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, etc. They waited for the rainbow smoke to clear before decamping and beginning the search. 10 minutes into a fruitless search they realised they'd been here before. They'd gotten anywhere in under 20 minutes, but not the somewhere they wanted to be. It dawned on them, the Focus, they shot passed, the one heading north, was trailing rainbow smoke, he must have the richer, more refined, more stable, the sub 20 minute blend.
So what's in it you must be asking by now, what is in this libation ? . Ha well there is the twist, the potion master and his fair lady won't tell and the bottles where lost in the haste. Some say a yokel found the bottles and made jam jar lanterns from them for his shed, they burn really bright and never blow out, just a hint of rainbow smoke is emitted. Some nights when the air is still, rainbow smoke rises from the shed, in the North window the letters I, Cs, Be and Tl can be vaguely made out, whilst in the West window a blurry He, B, F, Br and B seem to be displayed. The yokel, unsure of who made the contents of his jam jars has thanked them by leaving a treasure for them to find, he's sure they of all people will be able to find it.
