The container is hidden in the area where chlorine was once added to the water that came from the reservoir before it was distributed to customers in the valley below. Most of the contents of this building have been stripped by "scrappers" but there are still a few good hiding spots left for a container. Be assured, there is no electric power going to this building anymore so there is absolutely no risk of shock while you are searching.
This is an area that can be full of muggles. Keep your eyes and ears open for passersby when searching.
