You've driven by Memorial Park, but odds are you never stopped to look here.
If you have ever been to Prescott, it is almost a certainty you have been past this area. The park itself doesn't seem to get much activity; in my many trips to town, I've never seen anybody there. Part of the reason may be you might have to walk a little bit to reach it, even though you can drive right by. An almost forgotten area, despite the heavy traffic intersection.
Take a leisurely stroll around the park and learn a little of Arizona history. In order to get credit for this cache you can either A) post a picture of yourself with GPSr in hand at the cache site with visual proof in the background (preferred) -OR- B) you may email me (don't log) the information below.
