Geocache Description:


Packanack Brook flows from Packanack Lake in Wayne.
The tract between Route 23 and Alps Road provides vital
habitat within a densely peopled area of Passaic County.
Enjoy your tromp in these wetlands.

This is an 2-stage "offset cache". There is no log at Stage 1, however there are 2 objects - one representing the North seconds and the other for the West seconds. Coordinates take you to Stage 1 on the west side of Packanack Brook.
There is a concrete platform covered by a large sheet of wood.  


There are 2 designs on the wood, resembling a domesticated animal.
Match the correct animal to Stage 2 North coordinates.

About 3-4 feet (1 meter) away, an object painted blue has vegetation growing inside. Match the object to Stage 2 West coordinates.
