This cache is placed in one of Victoria's most beautiful locations which makes it an extremely popular tourist destination (which translates to an extremely busy muggle area). Please use stealth and re-hide as found. Take the upper deck almost all the way to GZ, then you'll need to open the gate and take the stairs to the lower deck. BYOP!
Welcome to the Ogden Point Breakwater. The breakwater was built between 1914 and 1916, is 850 meters in length, and contains roughly 10,000 granite blocks. Ogden Point was named after Peter Skene Ogden (1793-1854), a fur trader and explorer who was employed by the Hudson Bay Company. The inside wall of the breakwater features The Unity Wall - a huge painted mural that presents the history of the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations.
