This park has lots of trails. To get to this cache, it really doesn't matter which trail you take. Some are paved, some are not. Just keep heading east from the playground. You'll traverse open meadows as well as dense woods, but nothing difficult to walk through. You'll climb about 90-100 feet in elevation from start to finish.
Tip: Once you find the cache, continue about 30 feet eastward and check out the great view of the medical center. On a clear day you'll see all the way to downtown from the bluff.
Good wildlife spotting along the trails, too. Look for rabbits, cardinals, lizards.
Cache is on the ground in a large mason-type clear jar with a gold lid and a green "Official Geocache" sticker. Cache is hidden under a pile of leaves and sticks, half-way between two trails which are about 25 feet apart. Near oak tree with 2-inch hole, waist-high.
