明野町には信号機が4つしか配置されていません。
キャッシュは町内すべての箇所に設置してありますので、是非訪問してみてください。
いずれの場所も、信号機以外特筆して見せるものがありません。ご了承ください…。
キャッシュにはペンが入っておりませんのでご持参ください。

It is one of the traffic light in AKENO town, HOKUTO-city here.
Only four traffic lights are located in AKENO town.
Because it is installed in all points in the town block, please visit the cache.
There is not the thing which both places mention specially other than a traffic light. Approve….
Because a pen does not enter to cash, please bring it.
