I am sure many of you will have noticed this bus stop as you zoom along the Great Alpine Road. You may have noticed Santa sitting atop the bicycle or a Tour de France rider, or a Witch or whoever takes the fancy of the bus stop caretaker.....
I am always amazed that the contents of the bus shelter are not vandalised or removed - at my recent visit there was a toy truck sitting on the carpet in front of the couch. If you look hard you can see it in the photo.
Unfortunately, the powers that be have chosen to build a new shelter right in front of the old one - why would they do this? 26/1/15 Update: New bus shelter has been removed and the old bus shelter has been moved forward. A win to the locals!!
Anyhow, enjoy your visit to this funny little bus stop - maybe you would like to leave something to enhance its appearance.
THERE IS NO NEED TO TOUCH THE DISPLAY IN THE SHELTER AS THE CACHE IS NOT HIDDEN HERE!!!
